FCL Management is the developer and owner of student housing and hotels in the country’s fastest growing cities. I was brought on as a brand marketing consultant to expand awareness for their capabilities across properties and audiences.

Voice and Content Development

I worked with FCLM’s Senior Marketing Director to relaunch the company’s B2B brand, spearheading copy and content development for their brand new website. Through executive interviews and competitor analysis, I translated FCLM’s unique capabilities into copy that relays their capabilities, values, and founding story.

FOUND Study Ambassadors

I developed FOUND Study’s first-ever student ambassador program to amplify their community-driven, amenity-rich housing. Ambassadors posted regularly on social media, attended open houses, and hosted their own community events, driving thousands of impressions through unique UGC on TikTok and Instagram.

FOUND Study’s largest New York City property, FOUND Study Turtle Bay, opened in fall 2023. I collaborated with FCLM’s Director of Marketing and a visual content team to showcase the spaces and student life through vibrant lifestyle photography. These photos are used across FOUND Study’s website and marketing materials.
